Refund & Returns Policy-Longevity Elixir

At Longevity Elixir, we take pride in the quality and efficacy of our wellness and product range. Because our formulations are personal care and beauty items, safety and hygiene are our top priorities.

1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility: Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed items. Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@longevityelixir.co.za with your order number and photos of the package and items. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Paystack within 5-10 business days after inspection.
4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product upon arrival.
